As lovers of the outdoors, we have strived for the last 10 years to bring together two things that are close to our hearts: family and the outdoors. Our mission is more than to just talk about backyard activities, but to inspire families throughout America to spend more time outdoors.
Technology has changed the way people enjoy their time and although we have more access to information than every before we grow further and further apartment from nature. It’s for this reason that we want to extend some support to the students and future advocates who are currently studying to become outdoor experts.
We created the Annual Outdoor Living Scholarship to support students who have an avid interest in the outdoors. Whether you are a mountain climber, hiker, camper, fisher, hunter or just outdoor enthusiast you are eligible to enter our scholarship.
What You Need To Do
We need to see your best 500-700 word article explaining how families throughout American can encourage more outdoor activities.
Who Can Apply
Anytime currently enrolled in full-time post secondary education. Must not be graduating the following semester.
The scholarship is also open to high school students in their final two years of study.
We accept admission until March 31st. Winners are announced April 31st.
